This is more than art — it’s a prophetic call to dream again.
At Freedom Encounter 2024: Re-igniting Hopes & Dreams, creativity flowed like a river as worship, prayer, and prophetic expression intertwined. Out of this atmosphere, a stunning 48” x 60” acrylic-on-canvas masterpiece emerged — “Reigniting Hopes and Dreams” — painted live by Ling, June, Ruby, Ching, and Eunice.
Every colour, stroke, and texture carries a prophetic story: an invitation to awaken what’s been dormant, to believe again for the impossible, and to step boldly into your God-given destiny. This is more than a painting — it’s a living testimony of the conference’s message and the presence of God that filled the room.
We are opening a special auction for the original piece.
For those who wish to bring this prophetic reminder into their homes or workplaces, limited edition A3 and A4 fine art prints are also available.
All proceeds will go towards future Freedom Encounter Conference initiatives, empowering Christian creatives to impact the Kingdom through their gifts.
May this artwork be a daily reminder that the Author of your story is still writing, and that the dreams He planted in you are ready to live again.
Wow! Being still in the presence of God. G3N Conference 2025 was held on 25 July 2025 at City Missions Church and we had such wonderful time worshipping together as a body of Christ.
Freedom Encounter Conference organisers collaborated with G3N this year and we have 3 artists who did live paintings during the session.
Here’s what each artist has to say about their paintings.
Prophetic Live Painting at Gen Conference 2025 25.07.2025
Title: Be still and know that I am God Dimension: 18” x 24” Medium: Acrylic on stretch canvas Completed date: 25.07.25 Artist: Velvetydreamz (Ching)
[This is part of the series of Live Paintings – where it’s completed within 2-3 hours in an atmospheric setting]
As I was praying and asking God for His heart for this conference, this image flashed past my mind one morning. I was very puzzled and the Lord led me to their website https://www.g3n.co/genconference25 with these 2 anchor passages for this year’s conference – 1 Kings 19 & Psalms 46. Holy Spirit revealed that this image captures the essence of these 2 passages: Elijah’s encounter with God at Horeb, the mountain of God, which God gave him his new assignment (1 Kings 19) and the key verse for Psalms 46: “Surrender your anxiety. Be still and realize that I am God. I am God above all the nations, and I am exalted throughout the whole earth.” (Psalms 46:10 TPT)
Symbolism explained in this painting: (1) The blend of background colors are as follows: Yellow – Glory of God Red – Blood of Jesus White – Holy Spirit Pink – authenticity / passion As these 3 colors blend together, it becomes a blended shade of pink – representing the harmony of Our Trinity God – He is within and all around us – never left us nor forsake us. As we come into the presence of God; as we are one with Christ, God is in us and we are in God! God wants us to know Him as the God I Am!
(2) Hexagon shape – the Lord’s Prayer Hexagen Framework ( https://weareibc.com/lords-prayer-hexagon/) – God is calling us back to the basics – the Heart of Worship. The shape hexagon also represents balance and equilibrium – as we are re-aligned with God and understand who God is and His heart, everything will fall into its rightful place.
(3) Brown line – just as Elijah met God at Horeb, the mountain of God – To the forerunners like Elijah – pioneers in God’s destined arenas, don’t be despair & don’t give up yet! Coz you are not alone. God sees all that you have done and sacrificed for Him and His kingdom. He is inviting you to come into His rest and receive your next assignment – to receive God’s promotion & to pass your baton to the next generation (Elijah to Elisha)!
To those who feel far or lost from God or those who are the end of their rope feeling helpless and hopeless, God wants you to know that He is near to those who draw near to him (James 4:8).
“Ask, and the gift is yours. Seek, and you’ll discover. Knock, and the door will be opened for you. For every persistent one will get what he asks for. Every persistent seeker will discover what he longs for. And everyone who knocks persistently will one day find an open door.”(Matthew 7:7-8 TPT)
““Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden? Come to me. I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis. Simply join your life with mine. Learn my ways and you’ll discover that I’m gentle, humble, easy to please. You will find refreshment and rest in me. For all that I require of you will be pleasant and easy to bear.””(Matthew 11:28-30 TPT)
Come back to the heart of worship: God Himself. It’s not about us; it’s all about God. He first loved us; therefore we love Him.
“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah” (Psalms 46:10-11 NKJV)
Title: The Crown of Thorns , The Resurrected King Symbol of Suffering, Emblem of Victory Dimension: 16” x 20” Medium: Acrylic on stretch canvas Completed date: 25.07.25 Artist: Wendy Quek
As we look upon this crown — stained by suffering — we are reminded not only of Jesus’ pain, but of His purpose. Each thorn speaks of the weight He bore for us, the wrath He absorbed, and the grace He poured out.
But this crown is not the end of the story.
This suffering King is also the Risen Lord. His crown of thorns has given way to a crown of glory. He reigns not from a Roman cross, but from a heavenly throne. Through His wounds, we are healed. Through His death, we are given life. Through His shame, we are invited into honor.
In a world of chaos and pain, may this artwork remind us 1 Peter 5:10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
The crown of thorns has become the crown of hope for we worship a Resurrected King!
“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain… to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!” — Revelation 5:12
I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.” Revelation 1:8
Title: A common thing on an uncommon ground Dimension: 24” x 24” Medium: Acrylic on stretch canvas Completed date: 25.07.25 Artist: Sarah Loke
A seemingly simple image. But think about it, what is a soccer ball doing at a beach? Shouldn’t it be played at a field? Isn’t it difficult to be kicking it around on sand?
It is my 4th painting since 2019 and 1st live painting. “Be still” took on a whole new level for me as I work on the canvas. I started a prophetic art ministry in my previous church and had been running prophetic art workshops, even organised Freedom Encounter Conference 2024 with Grace Bailey, where the conference is primarily focused on art and painting. But I have never really painted and never would imagine myself doing live painting.
“Be still”, the Lord said. “Trust the process”, I heard.
This is what this painting means. It maybe something that is quite regular in my life, but yet, not done in a regular way. Some football coaches train their team by getting them to play on sand. It is a training ground. Injury might happen, frustration might be experienced, all because the ground is vastly different from what it should be.
8 By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. 9 By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. 10 For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God. 11 And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise. 12 And so from this one man, and he as good as dead, came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore. – Hebrews 11: 8-12
This is a painting about putting our trust in God to bring us through the process. Trust.
